GAD One Size microfibre Inserts are are sewn in a loop for fast drying and better cleaning. If you have a baby boy in the small setting you can put the flaps to the front and for a baby girl if she is a middle wetter, you can put the flaps in the middle. For the large setting simply keep insert unfolded. If your folding the insert for the small setting it's best to flip the flaps to the inside of the loop, they stay put this way.
