How much is shipping?
 
Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 (CDN) per order for shipping to Canada* (urban areas) and $10.95 for orders shipped to the US.  Free shipping* in Canada for orders over $75.00(CDN) before taxes.
 
*** PLEASE NOTE ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE USA  can take up to three weeks to arrive at their destination depending on customs. ***

If you are shipping to an address with a postal that has a zero as a second character, the address is considered remote. ex. N0P 1P5 A customer service representative will contact you with the cost of shipping. Payment for your merchandise and shipping will be processed upon your approval of the shipping fee.

Do you accept returns?
 
You bet! Your shopping experience is guaranteed to be a pleasant experience. That is why every product comes with a "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE." If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.  Customer pays the shipping charges to return the item.

PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
However, if you discover within the first 30 days that your product is defective, you may return it for repair or replacement. Replacement will only be offered if your item cannot be repaired. You agree to these terms with your purchase.
 
Is Express Shipping available?
 
Yes. Please contact us prior to placing your order with the date and products needed and we will do our best to accomodate your request. Additional fees apply.

We are in Ottawa, Canada.  We are an online only retailer and do not have a showroom or store hours. 
 
 
Refused or returned packages
 
If you refuse delivery or return to sender without prior authorization from our customer service department, your order will be refunded minus actual shipping costs and a 10.00 restocking fee.
